Mediation.dev is a practice-readiness project from Sterling Readiness Group, LLC. It was shaped by the perspective of someone who sits with people in conflict and in healing. These AI powered services provide real-time guidance for the critical moments when decisions need to be made around the table.
About Julie Witt, LPC
Julie Witt is a Tennessee Rule 31 listed mediator and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Her work brings together the structure of dispute resolution with the relational care that comes from years of helping individuals and couples move through hard conversations. She is the human voice behind the readiness resources here. As an LPC, Julie intertwines the traditional modalities of Adlerian (Individual) psychology, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to drive results and to pursue positive outcomes.
What this project is
Mediation.dev develops readiness resources for mediators. Tennessee Rule 31 is the first focus: verified guidance, calculators, paperwork templates, and AI-assisted drafting. These are purposefully kept under the mediator’s review and control. The product supports the mediator; it never advises the parties directly.
